I am very concerned that Senators Carl Kruger; Pedro Espada, Jr.; and Ruben Diaz, Sr. refuse to pass the Ravitch Silver transit rider rescue plan if this plan includes new tolls.

These senators have made it clear what they oppose....

Almost good news. No capital plan. That's 20+ Billion dollars still needs to be accounted for in the next 5 years.

Much-better-than-doomsday news, at least. Although I guess that was probably the plan all along. Release an outrageously horrible plan so that anything that comes out afterward sounds better.
