New Building on Prospect Place?

I'm looking for an apartment in the neighborhood and I've been seeing listings for a new building on Prospect Place. Does anyone know where this new building might be? I want to figure out what the cross streets are, and also whether this new building is pretty good or whatever.

It's probably the Jewish Hospital. Located on Prospect between Classon and Franklin. Kinda overpriced, yo. But whatever: some people like living in new buildings. There are numerous threads on this board about the hospital; just search 'em out.

I have a friend who lives there, and the interiors are awesome. Unfortunately, the managers have a rep for non-responsiveness, leading to things like water/hot water outages. Inform yourself before taking the plunge.
