plumber

does anyone know a reliable plumber who comes to the neighborhood or lives here, who doesnt charge more than a patent attorney? had a nice guy over from one of the local places in the heights to change a rotten pipe. 30 mins max and a 300 dollar bill. would like to find someone more reasonable but good. thanks in advance for any replies
