Blow out in the Slope?

Hey Chicks,

I have a black-tie event next Tuesday evening and want to get a blow out beforehand. I'll be in the Slope during the day--any recommendations for where I can get a good blow out? I'd rather not schlep in to the city for this.

Yes- blow out- to get one's hair did.

gosh i thought that phrase was in the vernacular--I see it all the time. (search on citysearch or yelp for blowout and you will find lots.) but anyway, yes, i am looking for someone to blow dry my hair straight and give it some volume. usually runs about $35-$40 which is why it's only a special occasion thing for me!

so, any suggestions in the slope?
