Need Parking in Bay Ridge

I have lived here barely a week and can never find parking near my place on Ridge at 87th. I dont mind walking a little but I basically have to park down at Shore. I get home from work normally no earlier then 6pm and by then Im screwed.

If anyone knows anyone selling a spot PLEASE let me know! I looked on Craigslist and found nothing but a person selling a "large spot" for $275/month. Ridiculous price and they wont allow SUV's which is what I have. Large spot but no SUV? whatever

    Where did you move from?

    Most Brooklynites with cars and without garages count themselves lucky if they can find parking under 60 minutes within 2 miles from their home.

    dude, you are in a HORRIBLE spot for parking.

    you gotta simply ask around in private homes or apartment buildings to see if there is a free spot.

    Parking in my building is $200 + tax...so 235

    I def think its overpriced.
    The quote you got is just laughable
