Brown canopy next door to Chavellas

My friend and I noticed a promising brown canopy on the store front next door to Chavellas ... Anybody know what business might be opening here?

it's an art gallery (open mostly on weekends, as the proprietors have other jobs). it's been there for a while.

Did they close the gallery? That's too bad. ... Though I just said to a friend the other day, if they were smart they'd cut a door in the wall and rent the place to Chavella's so they could expand their (now too small) dining room!
