Their sign is up. It's called "Fish and Sip" I just spoke with the owner, a nice Israeli guy. He said they'll have fish, pasta, sandwiches, salads, panini and good coffee. And will hopefully be open on Sunday depending on inspections etc. Sounds good to me. Especially if the salads are the kind I've been dreaming of.
