Car crash, Ocean Pkwy and Beverly, 4:20am 4/17???

Hi all- My husband woke up to a start on Friday morning when a car somehow got onto the eastern side island of Ocean Parkway and managed to crash through a concrete bench and into a car (blocking the service road)... at least this is what it looked like when we looked out the window. We called 911, but have no idea what happened. Any word on what went on? The police seemed to be walking around the area for over a half hour with flashlights and then we fell back to sleep. The bench is all smashed to pieces and has caution tape all over it now.
