Parking Garage

Does anyone know of any parking lots in the Crown Heights area?

There's one in the middle of the south side of St. Johns between Classon & Franklin (same block that Franklin Park is on). Though that's the area considered "in contention" between Prospect & Crown Heights posters, and I just don't have the energy to go down that road again. Rates are posted at the entrance, though I can't remember them off the top of my head.

There's also a tiny parking lot on Lincoln, between Washington & Classon, right behind the liquor store on the northeast corner of Washington, but I never see any rates posted so I don't really know what the deal is with it. A friend used to park there several years ago, and I think he paid $150/month, but again, that was a few years back.

There is a garage on New York Ave between Atlantic and Pacific.

Auto Baby Sitters - a really big garage ( three levels) on Sterling btween Nostrand and Rogers - undisputedly in Crown Heights!

back in the day when i had a car, i parked it the st. john's lot between franklin and classon. i don't remember the exact rates but i think it's something like 8 bucks a day, so pretty solid if you just need to park for a couple of days.

There is also a garage at New York Avenue between Pacific and Atlantic.

We pay $247 a month at the garage on St. Johns. It's not cheap, but the 3 times a week alternate side parking is a pain in the ass. Plus our car trunk leaks so the indoor shelter is nice!

I believe that this garage charges $225 per month.

There's an outdoor lot on Bedford and Atlantic... $160/mo for a regular car, more for an SUV (why would u have one here anyway). Def. beats the tickets I got when I first moved here, and they do daily parking for $7/day.

Hey, Cool, could you tighten that up a bit? Nostrand and Bedford are parallel to each other.........
