How does business insurance work in a lawsuit?
As a small business, I'm finally getting around to looking at business insurance. God forbid I should get sued, but that would be the only reason I would get insurance at this point.

Just a heads up, they increase your monthly premium by $20 every year. It starts out fairly inexpensive, but after a few years it's on par with other plans.

Customer service is AWFUL.
