Something new on Vanderbilt next to Wink

Looks like a store is opening right next to the new Wink Beauty Bar on Vanderbilt. Anybody know what is going in there? And on an unrelated note, has anybody tried Chicago 60 pizza on Nostrand Avenue? I'm presently sitting here waiting for their (late) delivery order to arrive.
