Derby Doings

So what? Is anyone dropping dough on the Derby tomorrow or will I be the only gambler at OTB? I already have a headache from staring at the Racing Form. Anyone else? Should I go by the Beyers or gamble on a longshot? Should I go with the feel-good story--high school teacher owner/trainer (General Quarters) horse?

I will be betting!!!!! The backyard hat wearing frozen julep drinking party I attend ever year has an interesting system. We all bring a red rose and the earlier you get to the party, the horse with the better odds you are assigned to. Whoever wins gets all the red roses!
