I imagine some of you folks from this board were at Sharlene's Bar (Formerly Mooney's Pub) for their first open night on Thursday. I had at great time — friendly service, good drinks, nice crowd. Good luck Sharlene!

got a text that my friend vanessa is bartending tonight... i won't be able to make it but whoever goes, tip your friendly bartender!

We gave it a try last night. Friendly staff, a boring selection of beers on tap. Will have to try their cocktails next time. It was amazing to see the old Mooney's space so clean!

Terrible typography on the signage.

THANK You so much for that slide show! My boyfriend and I were fans of Mooney's about a year ago, and were SO sad to see it go. But, from the looks of it, Sharelene's definitely looks a ton better (for my taste at least).

Does anybody know what time they open?

(not as early as Mooney's, it seems)

starting later this week, they will begin opening earlier in the day i believe...
