HELP! PARTY EMERGENCY!

Hey everyone,
I want to have a huge 18th birthday party for my friend. We want a big loft, reasonably priced in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Anyone know a spot?

    There is a place called Grand Space on Bergen (I have never been to anything there but heard it spoke about before).

    Lots of churches rent out their meeting rooms (I know St. Joseph on Dean has a large place downstairs).

    Also most of the Knights of Columbus Halls rent out their spaces for parties (I have been to a function at the one on 9th Street in Brooklyn).

    I just went a party at Casa Pepe in Bay Ridge and they have a large side room that they rent out.
