What is being filmed on 9th street?

So there were signs for No parking on 9th street bewteen 4th and 5th ave for yesterday and today. No action yesterday but today there are afew fancy trailers out there. the sign said JC Penny... could it be a commercial for them being filmed in PS?

So ifanyone happens to know that is going on? Just curious.
