426 Sterling Pl

We are looking to move w/in the neighborhood and have noticed that two units are for sale in 426 Sterling Place. It is not a large building so I think it is a bit strange that TWO units are for sale.

Does anyone know any dirt about this location? Any guesses as to why two families are moving out?

I'm one of the folks who is selling. It's a great building, neighbors are friendly. We've been here for 10 years and are selling only because we had a baby and need more space!

The other seller in the bldg is also a longtime resident. Don't know why she's moving but I'm not aware of her having any issues w/ the bldg.
