55+ year-old single woman looking for prospect pl apartment

I was the "super" for a building on Prospect Place for 16 years and am now looking to relocate. I am quiet, peace-loving, neat and have lived in the neighborhood for a long time and am looking for a more restful environment. Will help house sit, take out trash, garden etc. This is my home town and want to stay in the neighborhood. Is there any hope?

Why are you relocating? I am sure you will able to find a place in the area. I have apartments available, but not in prospect place. They are all located in park slope.

I wish to relocate because the building has an absentee landlord, the tenants downstairs have parties until late into the night/morning and the guys upstairs smoke and there have been some violent-sounding episodes. I deserve better and would like to find a new home.

My neighbor just told me that she is looking for a tenant for her apt for about $2000. Available July 1.

I'm on prospect place, and could use someone who could act as backup to our super when he's occasionally not available. I'll ask around whether any apartments are renting (there were three in the last month).
