Andy the Fruit Guy

Until a couple of years ago he had a red pick up truck full of fruit. Usually parked on 7th Ave near the corner of President St. He used to hand my kids a banana on their way to school and would never take a dime.

My now 9 year old son just spontaneously asked me if I know how he is doing. Can any body help me answer him?

I don't know but it sounds like you have a good kid with a good heart (and Andy the Fruit Guy sounds pretty wonderful, as well).

Naw, just complaints about his "nephews" from last summer

tell him he went to live on his farm upstate.

He went out of business after giving away free bananas to all the kids passing by.
