Parking Leads?

I am going to be adopting my mom's car (she lives north of Philly and has been re-diagnosed with cancer; i want to be able to get back and forth easily.)

I am not really up for the alt-side-of-street game, so am able to pay around $150 per month for a spot somewhere. I live on St. John's bet Wash and Underhill. Anyone have any leads or ideas?
