barking dog

I think it is on 23rd street. Likely between 5th and 6th, but I know sounds can carry and be deceiving...

Please make it stop.

It has been barking non-stop for at least an hour. Does anyone else hear it?

I heard it last night. I can see it from my house. It generally barks all day but rarely goes on so late. I feel bad for the guy - I don't think I have ever seen it anyplace but its backyard.

We have our own barking dog prob on 23rd St btwn 6th and 7th. Our's is on 22nd Street. Freekin' young collie and is driving us all nutz. And, is Polish...so I brushed up on some of my more forceful language!

Call 3-1-1 and file a complaint with DEP. You will need the house # and the name of the owner. They send out letters to the owner for a fist offense, then tickets there after.
