I'm awake? Sometimes I don't really notice that I'm awake! Haha

I get out of bed in the morning for that cup of coffee waiting for me. Seriously, I love to drink coffee lately... good coffee is worth getting up.

I have issues with eating animals while they are alive, too.

Yeah, and since for it to become bacon it has to be cured and smoked, I don't think it would be logistically possible to eat live bacon. Live pork belly maybe, but really, pork belly is best when braised for a long time.

me too ...but why did he only put ONE slice of bacon in it? WHY?!

the above design appears to not have its own heating element, so you are dependent upon a room mate to cook the bacon and then put it in just before the alarm goes off.

    ...other than that, its perfect.

I actually have all 4 varieties of bacon salt! Alafairnadia got them for me last year. I especially like the peppered one. Good on eggs, mac and cheese, whatever. I'm trying to develop a cocktail that will have the rim of the glass crusted with the stuff.

    Maybe a bloody mary-esque martini with a something-infused vodka?
