    But that PO does not have boxes, does not receive UPS/FedEx shipments, doesn't have a copy machine, limits the size of the packages they will except, and is not open evenings

    Yep. I hear ya. They're not even open on Saturdays....but I'm guessing the proximity to a PO would scare some people off from opening a place like that
