Lucky 13 Saloon - Topless/Strip Show/Burlesque?

I heard that local politicians are trying to put Lucky 13 out of business because they put on topless shows. I read about it in the FiPS blog (links below).

I used to live around the corner from Lucky 13 and don't think there's anything wrong with what they're doing. However, I'm pretty laid-back about this stuff. There's got to be another side to this story. Has anyone else heard anything about this?
