Freedom kitchen experiences???

Hi all....first post here and the house is about to start construction so no doubt will have many more over the coming months...

i spent 3 hours in freedom today with their design 'guru' to get a kitchen designed. Everything sounded great and the price was pretty reasonable. I was just wondering if anyone out there has had any good/bad experiences with kitchens from Freedom - easy to believe everything they tell you in the shop but there is nothing like hearing some real world stories.
