I'm having my 17 week old Morkie puppy groomed on Saturday @ Posh Pets on Flatbush Avenue in Prospect Heights. Has anyone used their services before? If so, what was your experience?

My friend uses them for his yorkie and they're good but expensive if I'm remembering correctly...

I thought Yorktese was the preferred name? It's at least the better one. :-)

Back in the day, they were called mutts. Before you were allowed to charge 1K+ for them.

I'd search brooklynian dog grooming posts. A while ago, someone claimed they saw a dog get hit by a dog groomer. I cannot remember which dog groomer place was mentioned.

I have no personal experience with Posh Pets, however I DO get my dog groomed at Paws in Paradise on 5th ave+8th st and have been very pleased. I've heard about a dozen people at the dogpark say they use them as wel and everyone has been happy. It might be worth a gander.

Yes...my husband also refers to him as a mutt. They've upgraded to "designer breed." I kinda prefer Morkie...and I didn't pay $1k for him. It was way less. I don't believe any dog that's not full breed should be anywhere near $1k. I'll check out the pet section.
