quiet fan

can anyone recommend a small yet powerful yet quiet desk fan?

well, i was kind of hoping someone would fan me with a palm frond and feed me grapes ...

i have one like the second one, it's hella noisy.

the first one is not small. I keep it on top of my radiator pointing at the bed for times that I don't want the AC. I like it a lot. Went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and turned them all on to listen to them before deciding.
