Floyd of Park Slope

I love Floyd on Atlanitc Ave in Cobble Hill. They are opening one up on Union St, between 5th and 6th (right behind the gym, across the street from Uncle Louie Gs)

Any status on opening date?

And what about the Gowanus Yacht club (best outside spce in Brooklyn). What is the open date for that?
