Helicopters over Fulton St in Clinton Hill?

4am this morning there was at least one helicopter circling around Fulton near Washington Ave. Searchlights on and everything - it ended up pointing the light at the big apartment building on the corner of Gates & Washington. Anyone have any idea what it was about?

According to Gothamist there was a huge fight at Fulton St and Waverly.Maybe they were looking for someone involved . That helicopter was loud and had on its flashing lights and was hovering for a while.
