We just moved out of our apartment to move to the 1st floor, so it's available. It's on 12th street between 8th ave and Prospect Park West. It's a one bedroom that can be used as a 2 bedroom railroad, and it's a floor thru so it's pretty big. Kid/pet friendly building. Dishwasher, no washer/dryer but I do know of a great laundry service that does door to door.

Great landlord who's updating the building, great neighbors and spitting distance to the park. PS 107, District 15 zoned.

Good credit/income necessary. I think the rent'll be somewhere in the $2300-2500 range, no fee if you go through the landlord. It's currently being painted, having the floors done, etc. Really clean.
