so now we know that ming tsai can feed four people for $10, but he chooses to feed one person for $40. sometimes i think the free market is just too retarded.

So? You can choose to eat his meal for $40.00 or not. Food is expensive if you haven't noticed not to mention the work it takes to run a restaurant. He uses ground chicken in this recipe, not Filet or Salmon. Ain't choice great (at least so far that we have it).

I like Ming and enjoy his show. This recipe sounds pretty good for a cheap meal.
