Looking for an Apt in Brooklyn $1600 to $1800.

My wife and I just started looking for an apartment in Brooklyn.

I have been with the same landlord for 6 years and am a very good tenant. My wife and I are also non-smokers.

We are willing to pay $1600 to $1700 a month.

Neighborhoods we are interested in:
Park Slope
Carrol Gardens
Fort Greene
Cobble Hill
Brooklyn Heights

We would like to find an apartment in a safe neighborhood.... nice, clean area.... NOT in an industrial or run down area.

We are also interested only in NO FEE apartments.

Important things for us:
Heat and Water Included
Closet Space and Cabinet Space
Close to Subway
Grocery Store and Laundromat close by

Somethings we would like, but not necessary:
backyard or balcony
