I have a job and good credit. I'm in a 2 yr sublet that's up 9/1. I've been in the South Slope/Windsor Terrace area since '98. am looking for sunny studio or small 1 bedroom near the Beverly or Cortelyou stops on the Q. I do not smoke anything or crank up the tunes! Open to brokers! Help!

Check out 415 Stratford Rd. Studios might be in that price range.
