pierrepont playground peepee

wtf. has anyone noticed all the kids peeing on the monkey bars and slides in this park? i watched as a child let loose and there were no caretakers or parents doing anything about this including cleaning it up. really gross man. If these kids aren't potty trained then why are they out of diapers??? What happened to getting the kids to the bathroom proactively as they enter the park?

    That is really wrong, really. Depending on my state of mind and the details of what happened, I might have called 911 to deal with the non-caretakers of that child. Or in the least 311, to get the equipment cleaned.
