Rapid ID update

On Friday there were some people 'doing things' in the empty shit-hole lot that used to be the Rapid ID building. I noticed this morning they have a newer (and safer) chain link fence enclosing the area.

I'm surprised they're acutally building something. I thought they were just going to leave it to become a neighborhood wasteland.

Anybody know what's up?
