whynot_31most buyers a wimps: cater to them. finish it to the point where they get to choose the cabinets and appliances, but that's it.
the renovators aren't willing to pay what you are asking. -
melivingnycThat's a really good point. Hmm, we hadn't thought of finishing it to the point where the buyer can choose the easy stuff. We already have the hard stuff done.
