terrific coffee, nice spots to sit both in and outside and the interior is absolutely lovely!

Anyone read the story on Cafe Regular on 11th street? The changing of ownership. That sucks. Wonder if it'll impact this one.

Seems like it will. Bummer. I liked Regular's vibe, made it stand out.
