Electricity issues?

The last two nights, there have been power 'blinks' in my building on Union St - bad enough that my computer & cable box rebooted. Has anyone else seen anything like this, or this an internal-wiring issue?

It could be lightning related or

The problem could be anywhere between the Utility Co (Con Ed) and your wall receptacle.

Was Con Ed working in any manholes nearby those days??
