Moving Windsor Terrace looking for a Contractor

My family is looking to purchase a house in Windsor Terrace. The house needs some repairs and other structural fixes. It also needs a deck. We were wondering if anyone from this group could recommend us a contractor that could take a look at the place and give us an estimate.

We are in love with the area and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been using Menard from Just Real Construction

He has been absolutely amazing. Super reasonable, amazingly reliable, trustworthy, does excellent work and is nice! (a nice contractor you can trust? in brooklyn? who knew?)

He can do ANYTHING. He's currently gut renovating our kitchen (in addition to doing several other renovations around the house) and I know for certain that he completely gut renovated an entire brownstone duplex last year and the owner's were very very very pleased.

He is AMAZING!
