Hi y'all,

I'm new to the neighborhood, and I'm curious to know where the nearest 24-hour drugstore is? I'm on Baltic right off Smith. I'm also VERY curious to know where the best black and white cookies can be found around here.

I just moved from the village, and perhaps I was spoiled with the 24-hr Duane Reade and Waverly Diner half a block from my front door. That's basically what I'm seeking here in cobble hill - my new local go-to spots. Thanks!

Welcome to the neighborhood. I have no idea where the nearest 24hr drugstore is, but as far as black and whites, Cammareri bakery at 355 court street has good ones, AND they even have mini ones. Brooklyn Bread also has em (Court and 1st place), and closer to you, Court Pastry at Court by Degraw street.

Believe me, you'll get more back than you've given up with your move to Cobble Hill! :D

(Do you really need a pharmacy at 3am?)

The Duane Reade on Smith St and Fulton ( or Jay St and Fulton) used to be open 24 hours a day. As for black and whites, the bagel shop on court st off schmerhorn used to have good black and whites.

the only actual pharmacy that I know of that's open 24/7 is Neergard on 5th Ave near 10th St. If it's just drugstory items you need, the Duane Reade mentioned is 24/7

I don't know about black and whites but Cookies on the corner of Smith and Dean has the best whoopie pies in the world and then you can come across the street and shop at Exit9
