Lost black/white cat?

There's an incredibly friendly black male cat with a bit of white on his face on Butler place, near Plaza Street East. Followed me to my door, rolling over, etc.

If I didn't already have 2 cats, I'd snatch this one up. This has got to be a lost kitty.

He is adorable, I saw him playing with someone on the corner of Sterling and Butler, and behind my apartment earlier in the week. When I got out there he was gone. If he is as sweet as he looks and healthy I would take him (I live on Butler), hopefully he is heathly, I have another cat.

I am looking for a kitty but not until October, I am traveling a bit until then and I want to be home to make sure my other cat is not mean to a new one. If this one needed a home I would take him in now. My cat sitter andthe group she volunteers with fosters cats and I will probably go through her to adopt one.... Unless I see this little kitty again!

I haven't seen him since my original post. Hopefully he's found a home? I noticed he wasn't afraid of dogs either. I hope he's in good hands... he was really sweet.

He was on the corner of Plaza and Butler, by 15 Butler. I played with him for a while and when I went to pick him up he freaked and meowed at me. He hunched very low to the ground and looked very afraid so I let him be. My cat sitter is working on trying to get him trapped and tested and hopefully a foster home if he can be caught. I think his front claws have been removed (which really upsets me). He does look pretty well fed though... Maybe I will have better luck next time. I have another kitty so he would need to be tested before he can join her. If anyone has any luck with him or can keep him please let me know!
