21 year old 5' 10'' relatively built armenian dude (look whitish/middleasternish), and i'm gonna be living on covert st by bushwick ave. I figure its not the safest but i'm trying to get a general sense of what my situation is going to be. if anyone can lend me a bit of advice it would be much appreciated.

Stay away from the elevated subway at 5AM, you should be OK.

i live right near there, just keep your head up and don't be stupid. i'm white as a sheet and look like barney fife, yet i have managed to escape injury for years. and i've come home on the subway at 5am!
