Great space with a roof deck, won't be long before someone finds something interesting to do with it. Maybe re-paint the walls so it doesn't look like a sticky dark cave.

yeah i saw the for sale sign yesterday. even though it wasn't that great, it was still a place for us lesbians to get together and not talk to the other lesbians in the bar. where will we go? gingers? i love gingers.
