Friendly, stable couple with baby seeking Prospect Heights 1 bed. Actually 1.5 or 2 bed would be ideal, but we'd prefer not to pay more than $1500/mo.

We are good, reliable tenants committed to building relationships in our community. We are artists, and though our income is stable, we don't have a lot of it; perhaps we could have some extra building-wide responsibilities (shoveling snow/removing trash etc) for discounted rent.
