Burning Tar Smell

Anyone else smell it and know where it's coming from? Is pretty toxic.

whatever, it smells horrible and seems unhealthy. Wondering if anyone knows where it is coming from.

The smell was probably coming from the work being done on PS 9's roof (on Underhill and St. Mark's).
