Red, White Bubbly...

I've got a question for you: what is UP with the window display at Red, White & Bubbly? It looks like a giant, ominous clown face is rising up behind a 9/11 commemorative display involving wine.

If someone could explain what this means, that would be great!

Yo, I'm not technically inclined at all.

I tried to take a pic of it with my [inferior] phone, but when I went to upload the image it was WAY too big to read.

*Update:
They took down the 9/11 commemorative stickers, so now it's just bottles of wine draped in US flags and Americana colors with this creepy clown face rising up behind the booze. And they also had a printout saying that the window display is in transition.

hmmmmmmm...... who here works for Red White and Bubbly?
