    4th and 77th in Bay Ridge.

    I heard the N and R lines are hosed as a result....dont know for sure tho

    That's really freaky! Reminds me of when they were doing a lot of highway work outside of Philly and it kept getting delayed when giant sinkholes swallowed up the construction equipment (backhoes, etc.).

    I read the R line was down, and right about now I'm extremely thankful I didn't take an apt. on 95th street!

    this is a funny story (provided no one got hurt). what are the chances that the a heavy 2.5 ton truck fell into the hole instead of a light 1 ton honda civic? pretty good i'd bet.

    See, if that was an SUV commercial, it would have used its UBER 4WD to claw its way out of the hole.

    I wonder if the owner was surprised when that didn't happen?
