Scoop on 14-20 Butler Place?

I am looking at buying into the condo conversion at 14-20 Butler Place. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about the building? Is the block safe?

Someone asked about this sometime last week. Do you have the contact info for this place? I'm also interested, but one of the posters mentioned something about plumbing issues.

It's a safe street, quiet, except for the occasional late night cell phone user, not alot of traffic.
