If i ever find the mentally ill person

they gonna get a good beating from me. this morning they left a large door infront of my building. and of course garbage bags etc... what do they think its a garbage dump or something. there hasnt been any garbage into of the place since i brought it. but anyway my contractor better hurry up with the permits so i can fix it and put a camera up soon. hope to catch whom ever it is doing it.
