Why all the No Parking Sunday blocks?

10th street between 8th and the Park, 12th Street, 14th Street....Is there a parade tomorrow or something?

There sure were alot of block party block-offs today - could be more of that.

Many were block parties scheduled for today that had to be postponed.

Can they block off that many blocks at once?

14th street is likely the block party, always in september.
