Prospect Towers on 10th Street - Need Feedback Please

Hello,
I'm looking at an apartment in the Prospect Towers, 341 10th Street. Does anyone have any information on this building? The apartment is newly renovated, but I'm unsure about the condition of the building and the management company.
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you familiar with the area? Have you walked around there (day and night)? I don't know much about that building other than it stands out and I can't figure out who lives there besides teenagers that seem to be in and out the doors a lot. There is often a lot of trash around the outdoor areas and minor things like that which seem to point to a possibly lax management.

The location is good for trains and shops.
